This Agreement is entered into by and between Mannara Bros (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and the undersigned dog owner (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) for the provision of pet sitting services under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Mannara Bros agrees to provide dog sitting services, including the care and supervision of the Owner’s dog, in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
1.2 The Owner’s dog will reside in Mannara Bros’ home, enjoying the same freedoms as the Service Provider’s own pets, without the use of cages or confinement, unless required for safety reasons.
1.3 The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the Owner’s dog during the stay.
2. Fees and Additional Costs
2.1 The Owner agrees to pay the dog sitting fee as outlined in the booking confirmation.
2.2 Any additional costs incurred for the dog, including but not limited to:
- Veterinary services,
- Medication,
- Food (if not provided by the Owner),
- Grooming, or
- Any other necessary expenses will be charged to the Owner and reimbursed upon presentation of receipts or invoices.
2.3 Payment for additional costs is due immediately upon receipt of an invoice from the Service Provider.
3. Health and Medical Care
3.1 The Owner affirms that their dog is in good health and up to date on all required vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to the start of the service.
3.2 In the event of any illness, injury, or emergency, the Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to contact the Owner. If the Owner cannot be reached, the Service Provider is authorized to seek veterinary care as deemed necessary.
3.3 All veterinary costs, including emergency services, medications, and follow-up treatments, are the sole responsibility of the Owner.
4. Owner Responsibilities
4.1 The Owner agrees to provide all necessary items for the care of their dog, including food, medication, and any specific instructions related to their dog’s needs.
4.2 The Owner warrants that their dog has no history of aggression towards humans or other animals, and that the dog is not prone to destructive or harmful behaviors that could pose a risk to the Service Provider’s home or pets.
4.3 The Owner agrees to disclose any and all relevant information about their dog’s health, behavior, and temperament prior to the start of the service.
5. Liability
5.1 While Mannara Bros will make every effort to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the dog, the Owner acknowledges that unforeseen incidents, including accidents, illness, or even death, may occur.
5.2 The Service Provider will not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or death of the Owner’s dog, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5.3 The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mannara Bros and its agents from any and all claims arising from the dog’s stay, including damage caused by the dog to property or other animals.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this agreement, the Owner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Owner further acknowledges that the dog’s stay at Mannara Bros is contingent upon adherence to these terms.
